TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DRONETRADER® (1855543 ALBERTA INC)

DroneTrader V2 for iOS

DroneTrader V2 is operated by 1855543 Alberta Inc. These mobile terms supplement the website terms below. Where this section describes an iOS purchase or account feature, it applies to that feature.

Accounts and marketplace use

Accounts require an age of at least 13. Users aged 13–17 need permission from a parent or legal guardian. A free membership includes one active ad and two outgoing messages per day. Listings are subject to moderation. Do not post unlawful, misleading or abusive content. You can report a listing, block a user or contact [email protected] for assistance.

DroneTrader is a classifieds service. Buyers and sellers arrange equipment inspection, payment and delivery directly. Purchasing a membership or promotion does not purchase equipment, guarantee a sale or bypass moderation.

Apple purchases

  • DroneTrader Monthly: membership for one month, automatically renewing until cancelled through Apple.
  • DroneTrader Annual: one payment for 12 months of membership, with no automatic renewal, including one Featured credit.
  • DroneTrader Featured: a consumable credit to promote one eligible, approved listing for 60 days. Buying a credit does not publish an unapproved ad.

The app shows the applicable localized price and purchase terms before checkout. Apple confirms the charge and any applicable taxes. Monthly renewal, subscription management and refund requests are handled through your Apple account and Apple's applicable policies. Annual membership does not renew automatically. Restore access using the app's restore option and the Apple account used for the original purchase; a restored transaction does not grant a second annual bonus credit.

Keep access to the DroneTrader account associated with the purchase. Deleting that account does not cancel an Apple subscription or request an Apple refund. Cancel an unwanted renewing subscription with Apple separately. For help with DroneTrader access, contact [email protected].

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of ca, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Lethbridge, Canada for the resolution of any disputes.
